Vendors Information

Food Vendors

Food vendors must have and display an Island County Temporary Food Service Permit and send in the attached Application to PCWF for acceptance.

Arts and Craft Vendors

Arts and crafts offered at the Festival must either be hand made by Native Americans, or be hand crafted and reflect inspiration from North, Central or South American indigenous cultures. Or products that reflect Indigenous cultures but aren't produced as long as no false claims of origin are made.

We will NOT accept mass produced imported products.

Education Exhibitors 

In keeping with our mission, we invite Non-Profit Organizations to bring an exhibit that gives festival goers a chance to learn about, appreciate, and protect the environment in which we all live, as well as about their own health and safety.
